Agreement: I have read and approved the details of the above order and agree on its terms according to provisions of the Arab American Council rate, which in part states that the President of the Arab American Council reserves the right to limit the amount of renting or increases. In case a controversy had arisen in the interpretation, execution, performance or breach of this contract or agreement, AND IN CASE SUCH CONTROVERSY PROCEEDES TO LITIGATION, ARBITRATION OR MEDIATION AT ANY OTHER FORM OF LEGAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION, THE PREVAILING PARTY SHALL BE ENTILTED TO LEGAL FEES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ATTORNERY’S FEES, COSTS AND EXPENSES. These legal fees shall be paid by the losing party, and shall be paid on the top and above any rights the loosing party might recover and receive from the prevailing party. The prevailing party shall be the party which receives any rights that is contemplated by the first demand letter sent by the demanding party.
